Partnership and cooperation

The unique technology and know-how of our company has attracted the interest of ONERA (Office National d’Etudes et de Recherches Aérospatiales). At the 2019 Paris Air Show, a partnership agreement was signed between ONERA and FLY-R to formalize a cooperation for the development of rhomboidal aircraft.

FLY-R is a member of the «Cercle de l’Arbalète». This organization, under the French Ministry of the Armed Forces, aims to promote innovative and high-tech solutions to the technical challenges of future special operations.

We are members of the Professional French Federation of Civilian Drones (FPDC). FLY-R is involved in the group working on the evolution of regulations related to manufacturing and using unmanned aircraft in civilian airspace.

Our activities are carried out in accordance with the DGAC (Direction Générale de l’Aviation Civile) under the EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) rules. This is to ensure that the aircraft will meet, from their conception, the regulations and safety levels required for operation.

FLY-R has a special partnership with its sister company, Drone Service Indian Ocean Indien (DSOI SAS), which offers operational services using the systems developed by FLY-R. DSOI offers short to long-term contracts including the set-up of human, technical and operational resources in the customer’s country.
